Regional Manager for Buildings & Facilities

Candidates must have a minimum of 20 years of experience and must have worked as a Regional Manager with proven business development and marketing skills. Candidates must have an established client base within the Charlotte marketplace in both the Public and Private Sectors.

The successful candidate must possess a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and an NC state license as a Registered Architect. Candidates with a strong business development background in the appropriate market sectors will be considered without an Architectural degree and license. The ideal candidate would come from an Architectural or A/E firm in the Charlotte area and have an existing base of clients to draw upon. Ideally the candidate would have a complete understanding of the Public sector.

The key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following areas:

• Predominate focus will be on Business Development efforts.
• Secure sustainable client base in both Public and Private Sectors.
• Participate in Go/ No Go decisions, budgets and probability estimates, as well as securing teaming arrangement with other team members.
• Work closely with marketing personnel during the proposal preparation to ensure quality submittals.
• Some PM responsibilities, however this initially may be on projects that are initiated by this candidate or with clients where key relationships have already been established.
